Out-Of-Network Insurance
Many insurance plans still offer some coverage for services from providers who are not contracted in their network. If your insurance plan is not among those listed above, you are welcome call your insurance company and inquire about out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy.

The first one or two appointments; I'll gather more information about your presenting concern and the various factors which may be impacting it. This will likely feel more structured than our normal therapy appointments will!
