I’ve had the privilege of supervising pre-licensed clinicians ranging from masters interns seeing their very first clients to doctoral interns completing their APA-accredited internship.

As a supervisor, I draw from developmental, relational, and strengths-based supervisory models, prioritizing a safe, authentic supervisory relationship and the foundation to learning and growth.
